By this, you will start to create your reality in an empowering, bold, and mystical way. You are not a victim to your circumstances, instead you are a powerful being with agency, vision, and ability to build your dream life.
Your programming traces back to the belief that "they have the answer," rooted in a patriarchal society that wants you to believe you need something outside of you to create the life you want. Many have offered solutions against this to help you find your inner power like, "quit your job and move to India" or "try cold plunging and meditation" but these are mere band-aids not empowering you to find your own way and discover your path.

You've grown up in modern culture, where the expectation is to conform: look good, work for corporate America, get married, and do household chores. While I'm sure you are not following this exact path, you absolutely have some of this program running in you.

For years, you've absorbed modern culture's programming from TV, billboards, schools, teachers, and parents, all emphasizing success within this system. However, succeeding in this culture doesn't equate to a fulfilling life as a woman.

I'm addressing women who've taken steps towards a richer life but hit roadblocks due to internal mechanisms rooted in stories, patterns, culture, and upbringing.

To genuinely live a fulfilling life, you don't need a new therapist, a journey to India, or a new partner. What you require is an inner transformation: upgrading your stories, programs, and navigation tools.

You did not learn how to navigate your inner world (feelings and emotions) anywhere. School never taught you to harness your feelings for empowerment, work with your shadows, stand up to authority, handle triggers, deepen intimacy, nurture your feminine side, manage conflicts, or negotiate intimacy. All facets of life that live inside your emotional world. Instead, you learned how to conform, gain approval, and seek comfort. You learned how to "keep it all in."

She is passionate about guiding others through the work of unbecoming and de programming from societal and familial structures. Maura infuses astrology, dance embodiment, and psychic guidance into the spaces she creates.
Lauren

Lauren’s mission is to create spaces for others to heal with, in, and through nature, including the transformative cycles of life, death, rebirth, and manifestation. She’s committed to awakening on the paths of the Andean Cosmovision, Kundalini Yoga, and Radical Responsibility. Lauren lives in Costa Rica where she is the feminine balance and guardian of a growing land-based community.
