a little bit about my journey...
It all began with a deep and innocent curiosity to understand why I am here, why you are here, and why all of us are here. What is the purpose? As a 10 year old child, I would scream to the sky "WHY AM I ME?!"
​
My parents divorced around the same time I started asking these kinds of questions about life. The pain and loneliness that this created in my heart inspired me to look outside of my home for connection and meaning... and in the later years- healing.
​
My curiosity has taken me around the world in search of answers to this original question my 10-year-old self had: to find meaning, purpose for my life, and to cure this loneliness and sadness in my heart.
​
Over the last 10 years I found myself drenched in sweat sobbing on the floor in the 4 walls of a yoga room - puking, laughing, dancing, dying at the feet of shamans, softly resting in the arms of healers and lovers, and listening wisely to the wisdom of my mentors. From weeping at sacred sites to volunteering with wildlife and children, to weeks and weeks (which have turned into years) of yoga, tantra, astrology, and self-awareness and development training - jungles, deserts, temples, cities, planes, trains, cars, hostels, sleeping on airport floors, dirty, sweaty.... learning what it feels to answer the call of my soul.
What I have discovered along the way is a LOT, but most importantly I discovered that my purpose is not to something I DO but instead principles that I EMBODY that align with my soul and are called upon to serve my purpose. For me, they are:
Love, Transformation, Healing, Community, Intimacy, & Magic.
THIS IS WHAT I AM COMMITTED TO SERVING, AND THROUGH ME THESE PRINCIPLES WILL ALSO SERVE YOU.
